I have been unable to access my Weplay account on the Android mobile app for about 10 to 12 months. My account appears to be lost and I can no longer log in or use it. I have my old account ID and can provide it if needed for verification. I have not yet been able to resolve this issue because I have not received any support within the app. I request that my lost Weplay account on Android be restored and that I be given access to it again using my existing account ID.
