Please Unblock My WePlay Account Or Device


I am writing regarding the sudden blocking of my Weplay account and device with the error code [2008] on the grounds of “against community guidelines.” My Weplay UID is 10537***. I was playing today between 6:00–7:00 a.m., during which I received a warning from Weplay. When I tried to open the app again at around 9:45 a.m., I saw that both my account and device had been blocked with this code, without any clear explanation of what specific rule I allegedly violated. I genuinely do not know which action or behavior is claimed to be against the community guidelines, and no detailed information has been provided to me. After seeing the block, I contacted Weplay support via Facebook Messenger. The only response I received was that they are sorry and that they cannot unblock my device and account, without giving any concrete reason, evidence, or opportunity to appeal. I request that my situation be reviewed in detail, that I be informed clearly about what led to this block, and that my device and account be unblocked. If a mistake has been made in the automated or manual review, I expect this decision to be corrected and my access to the game to be fully restored.
