Please Unban My WePlay Account!
I am writing regarding my WePlay account on the Asia server, which was suddenly blocked on 17 June following what I believe to be a false report. Since that date I have been unable to access my account and all the progress and items linked to it. After my account was banned, I contacted WePlay support, however I did not receive any clear explanation or specific reason for the ban, nor any satisfactory response that addressed my situation. I have not been informed of any concrete violation, and I strongly believe that this ban is the result of an unjust or false report. I respectfully request that my WePlay account be urgently reviewed and unbanned, and that any penalty applied to my account be removed so that I can continue using the game normally. I also ask to be informed of the details of the investigation and the reason for the ban, if any, so that this kind of situation does not occur again in the future.
