I Face Device Ban on WePlay for Warning Abusive Players Instead of Violating Rules

I’m extremely disappointed with the way WePlay handles rule enforcement. My nephew received a full device ban simply for warning other players who were using offensive language. Now he can no longer access the game at all from his device. What’s even more frustrating is that my daughter, who didn’t use any inappropriate language, also received a random warning from the system.

How is this fair? In a game full of players who openly use foul language without consequences, the ones who try to keep the chat respectful are the ones getting penalized. This kind of moderation makes no sense and punishes the wrong people.

I strongly urge WePlay to review this decision immediately and lift the device ban on my nephew’s account. Your system should be banning the actual offenders, not those who are trying to maintain respectful gameplay. Please take action and fix this flawed enforcement approach.
