I Can’t Access My WePlay Account Due to Device Ban on Samsung Galaxy A7
This morning around 11:00 AM, I tried logging into the WePlay app, but I was suddenly blocked with a message saying that my device had been banned. No reason was provided, and this isn’t the first time I’ve faced this issue. I had previously experienced a similar ban on another device, and now I cannot access my account on my Samsung Galaxy A7. My in-game username is “Astaroth buydu.”
I immediately attempted to contact WePlay customer support, but I have received no response or explanation. What frustrates me most is that I had already filed a complaint about this issue before, and although promises were made to resolve it, nothing was actually done. Today, I specifically requested that my account be reinstated by 8:30 PM, yet it still remains blocked.
This ongoing situation is unacceptable. I have done nothing wrong, and there is no explanation for why I was banned. If this problem is not resolved right away, I will escalate my complaint to the relevant authorities.
I demand that my account be reinstated immediately, the device ban lifted, and clear communication provided about why this keeps happening.
