I am an active Weplay mobile app user from India, and my in‑game account was permanently banned a short time ago, approximately two hours before writing this complaint. I received a penalty or warning message before the ban, but I did not commit any action that I know of that would violate the rules. I was only playing normally and had just received CP in the game when my account was suddenly banned. I have a screenshot of my banned account that clearly shows my user ID, ID number, and username, and I am ready to share it if needed. Since I have not engaged in any cheating, abuse, or other prohibited behavior, I believe this permanent ban is a mistake. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail and that the permanent ban be removed. If you still believe a penalty is necessary, I ask that you at least convert the permanent ban into a temporary ban of 1–2 weeks instead of a lifetime restriction. I expect my account to be fairly investigated and for me to be informed clearly about the result.
