Appeal Regarding Temporary Suspension Of WePlay Account

My WePlay account with username/ID 871040*** has been temporarily banned. In the application it states that my account is banned for community rules violation for around 720–780 hours, and the reason is shown as violence and abuse/bad language. I do not accept this ban because I did not use violent or abusive language in the game or chat, and I always try to follow the community rules. I think this penalty was given by mistake or because of a misunderstanding. I kindly request that my account be urgently reviewed, the details of the alleged violation be shared with me, and if there is no clear proof of violence or abusive behavior, that the temporary ban on my account be removed as soon as possible so that I can continue using WePlay normally.
