Samsung Galaxy A13 Showing “App Not Compatible” Error for WeChat

I use a Samsung Galaxy A13 phone, and for the past 4–5 months I have been experiencing a serious compatibility issue when trying to download apps. Whenever I try to install many applications, I receive the warning “this app is not compatible with your device.” I especially want to download the WeChat app, but I get the same message. Even though I can see that the same app can be installed on phones that are older and lower-end than the A13, I am still unable to install it on my own device.

The phone is a used device, but if I cannot download even basic applications in its current state, I honestly do not know how I am supposed to use it. I believe this is a software incompatibility or a restriction caused by the device’s software.

I request that Samsung review this issue and provide the necessary software update or solution for this model, so that I can download WeChat—along with any other apps that should be compatible—without any problems.
