Constant 'Connecting' Issue on WOT Blitz - Unable to Download Configuration Files

Every time I attempt to log into WOT Blitz, the game keeps showing 'Connecting' and gives me an error message saying 'Unable to download configuration files.' I've tested my internet connection, and it appears to be working fine. Could you lend me a hand with this?
