If VSCO deleted your photos after reinstall, know that VSCO doesn’t store your images on its servers.
It only saves references to photos that exist in your device’s Camera Roll/Gallery, so reinstalling without a backup can permanently remove them.
First check your phone’s Recently Deleted/Trash in the Photos app (iOS) or Google Photos (Android); you can recover items there within about 30 days (iOS) or 60 days (Android) and then re-import them into VSCO.
If the photos aren’t in “Recently Deleted,” you’ll need to restore a device backup from iCloud, Google Drive, iTunes/Google backup made before you deleted the app.
Without a backup and no items in your device trash, VSCO cannot restore lost images, so in future turn on automatic backups and export VSCO edits to your Camera Roll before deleting the app.
