If you can’t log in to your VSCO account, first try signing in with the email, username or phone number you originally used and use “Forgot Password” to reset it; check all email folders (Spam/Promotions) for the reset link.
If you used Google, Apple, Facebook or Snapchat to sign up, use that same option instead of email/password because VSCO can’t reset SSO passwords itself.
If you lost access to your old email/phone, contact your email or phone provider to recover it, then log in and update your VSCO login info.
When nothing works, open a support ticket on a desktop/laptop at VSCO’s Help Center and include details or a screen recording so Support can help you regain access.
