Voghion delivered poor quality clothes unlike the listing, how can I return them?

If the clothes you received from Voghion are poor quality or different from the listing, you can request a return through your account.

Go to “Your Orders,” select the item, and click the “Return/24/7 Chat” option, then explain that the product does not match the description or photos.

After submitting the request, Voghion will provide instructions for the return method and address.

Eligible items generally must be sent back in their original condition within the allowed return period, and refunds are processed after the warehouse receives and checks the parcel.

If the item is defective or not as described, you should include photos and details when contacting support via live chat or [email protected].
