Vodafone Call Problems: No Ringing and No Service
When making a call on my Vodafone phone, there's no sound on the other end, and I can't hear the person I'm talking to. I won't use Vodafone again, and I'm even considering legal action for the lack of service. I'll also report this issue to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. When I request a change of operator, there's an obligation to provide service. If I can't get service, I'll take legal action to protect my rights. There are problems with both internet and phone reception. Even though Vodafone's main building is nearby, the signal quality is poor. If it's like this here, I can't imagine how it is in more remote areas. I'll switch to a different provider at the earliest opportunity.
