Vivense Delivered Incorrect Fabrics, Wrong Colors, and a Showroom Mix-up


I ordered a custom three-seater sofa set from Vivense, opting for fabric changes and trusting that the original fabric for the sofa would be delivered. While I neglected to choose a fabric for the sofa initially, I selected VK9-2104 as the color for four cushions. The order was put on hold due to the missing sofa fabric choice, prompting a call from Hamza at the Selçuklu showroom.
During the call, Hamza insisted I pick a fabric for the three-seater sofa, and I clarified that it should match the original VK9-2100 fabric. Unfortunately, when the products arrived, not only did the three-seater sofa have the wrong fabric (VK9-1100), but the cushions had both the wrong fabric and color (VK9-1104).
Despite my conversation with Hamza and providing the correct details, he denies any error, leaving me with incorrectly upholstered furniture. I am filing a complaint against Hamza from the Selçuklu showroom and demanding a replacement for the wrong products.
