Vivense Beta Chair Issue - Defective Chairs Not Returned for Months


I ordered a Beta Chair from the Vivense Ümraniye Oryapark showroom with order number 5435******86 approximately 8 months ago. After receiving the product, I noticed it was defective. In March, the Vivense team picked up the four chairs for a fabric replacement. Despite calling customer service every two days, they keep telling me to wait and provide no information on when my chairs will be returned. The warranty states a 20-business-day turnaround, but it's been 3 months, and I still don't have my chairs. I've realized that buying from Vivense was a mistake.
