Vivense gave me an appointment between 08:00–12:00 today for the home pickup of the side table I ordered, at my address in Talas/Kayseri. I waited at home during this time slot, and for a total of 4 hours no one showed up.
I received only one call on my phone, I returned the call immediately, but I could not reach customer service at all. When I called, I was told "You are number 80 in line," yet the line never moved forward and no one contacted me. This neglect and unprofessionalism has truly reached the point of being unacceptable.
It was already known to Vivense that this side table would be collected, based on a previous complaint I made about this issue. Nevertheless, the failure to honor the appointment and their inaccessibility is unacceptable. I request that Vivense promptly return my call, provide a clear and reliable time window for the pickup process, and keep me regularly informed throughout the process. At this point, reaching Vivense from my side has become almost impossible, so I want this communication to be provided by Vivense urgently.
