As can be seen in the images, there are packaging marks on the delivered product. On the first day, I contacted Ms. Nilüfer from the Vivense support center and she asked me to share the images. After the images were shared, I stated that if the traces did not disappear, I would call a cleaner and contact her again. Unfortunately, despite cleaning for 2 weeks, the marks did not disappear and I sent the images to Ms. Nilüfer again. The manufacturer said that the agreement was canceled due to production problems and therefore they could not help with product replacement. They stated that they would withdraw the discount if I accepted the product in this way, but I did not accept it. My wife asked me to ask about the conditions of the discount check. I was then sent an e-mail and the response stated that the product packaging marks were caused by the user. They stated that in this situation, customer systems are installed and feedback is provided immediately, such a user-related error will not occur in 1 day, and packaging marks are clearly visible. I'm waiting for the short time of the problem. Otherwise, I would like to ensure that legal action is taken. I do not want to leave the correspondence with Ms. Nilüfer here right now, but I can publish it publicly if I deem it necessary.
