The Engineering Flaw Of Vivense

I recently purchased a chiffonier from Vivense, and there seems to be a production error in the product. It's so amateurishly made that the drawers don't align properly with the rails; there's a gap of 3-4 cm between the drawer and the rail. If you try to align one side, the part in front of the drawer remains on top of the frame. They've sent a bunch of particleboard pieces seemingly cut arbitrarily. When you create a support request, they blame the consumer, saying you must have assembled it incorrectly. Advertising everywhere and the founder claiming they're challenging global companies don't resolve these issues. Unfortunately, it's likely an unsolvable problem. I wanted to share this here to provide insight for those considering shopping from Vivense. I'm also sharing photos.
