ViewSonic VX2758A-2K-PRO Develops Horizontal Lines After Only 3 Days of Light Use
I purchased a ViewSonic VX2758A-2K-PRO 27-inch monitor on December 24, 2024, through the Trendyol marketplace from the seller Vatan Bilgisayar. Because my home was undergoing renovations, I had to keep the product stored in its original box and was only able to start using it approximately 7 months later.
After unboxing and using the monitor for an average of just 2 hours a day across a total of no more than 3 days, continuous horizontal lines appeared on the screen at taskbar level. These lines do not disappear under any circumstances and make normal use of the monitor highly bothersome.
Today, when I had the opportunity, I took the product to the Vatan Bilgisayar Levent branch; however, they refused to accept the item because it was purchased via the Trendyol marketplace, stating that I must ship it via cargo instead. I have filed a separate complaint regarding that store policy, but I specifically want to address the ViewSonic brand here.
Encountering such a major panel defect after an extremely short and light period of use has led me to harbor severe doubts regarding ViewSonic's quality control standards. Considering this situation, I urge you to re-examine the quality control processes for your products and implement necessary improvements to prevent other customers from experiencing similar grievances.
