Viber Messages Stuck on One Tick on Android Hisense E71

I use Viber on an Android Hisense e71 phone and recently the application has stopped delivering my messages properly. When I send a message, it stays on a single tick and does not get delivered, even though my mobile data is turned on. This problem started only recently; previously, I was able to use Viber on this phone without any issues. To solve it, I have already updated the Viber app and checked the app permissions, but the situation has not improved and the messages are still stuck on one tick. I request that this issue on my account and/or device be examined in detail and resolved so that I can send and receive messages on Viber normally again.
