VFS Global Team Is Very Rude and Unfriendly

As a public servant, I struggled to arrange leave and traveled a long distance to Gaziantep for my visa appointment. Upon arriving early in the morning, I was met with hostile behavior from the security personnel at the entrance, who treated us as if we had committed a crime rather than coming for visa applications. I have never encountered such treatment in any institution before. As a fellow public servant, I believe there should be better communication with citizens to provide information. Despite having all the required documents, my appointment was abruptly canceled. In situations like these, assisting citizens or at least informing them about the issues could have been helpful. Despite my attempts to explain, I was repeatedly told, "Your appointment is canceled; you need to reschedule." All my efforts, both financially and emotionally, went to waste.
