• Make sure you’re using the correct login method (email, phone number, or third-party login like Google/Apple)
• Double-check your credentials and reset your password if needed
• Ensure you have a stable internet connection (try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data)
• Clear the VeryFit app cache and data, then reopen the app
• Make sure VeryFit has permission to access the internet and run in the background
• Update the VeryFit app to the latest version from the App Store or Google Play
• Restart your phone and try logging in again
• If you previously used the app without an account, try logging in with the same method used during first setup
If the problem persists;
• File a complaint on Xolvie to report login failures and missing account information issues
