Steam Ignoring Cheaters in CS – No Action Despite Clear Evidence

We’ve posted videos with proof, yet Steam does nothing to address these cheaters, as if mocking us. It’s impossible to enjoy the game anymore—we’re just trying not to lose our sanity. We spend days working to rank up, only to have our progress ruined because of this. Steam support is completely uninterested, telling us to report in-game, but nothing happens. Back in the CS
days, reporting cheaters would result in immediate action, but now, there’s no response at all. Is someone inside Steam or Valve actually promoting these cheats? I will pursue all legal avenues if necessary. When you pay for a product, it’s the producer’s responsibility to fix defects or offer compensation. Steam must take action or provide a solution.
