Valorant Gave 312-Hour AFK Ban Due to Internet Disconnects

I play Valorant under the username Risky00031#001. Yesterday, I experienced several internet disconnections during matches, which caused me to appear AFK (away from keyboard). As a result, my account was unfairly given a 312-hour penalty.

I believe this punishment is both extremely long and unjustified, as the issue was caused by technical connection problems, not intentional leaving or misconduct. I never deliberately abandoned a game.

This is the first time I have faced such a penalty, and I have never made any payments to Valorant before. I request that this penalty be re-evaluated, and that the duration either be reduced or completely removed, since I was not at fault.

I expect Riot Games to urgently reconsider this decision and prevent players from being unfairly punished for internet-related technical issues.
