Due to a power outage yesterday, I was unintentionally disconnected from my Valorant account (username: 10258963), and as a result, I received a 321-hour penalty. This is the first time I have experienced such an outage, and I did not leave the game intentionally. I would like to emphasize that the penalty was caused entirely by a situation beyond my control. Additionally, my account is very valuable to me and one that I have developed with effort over a long period of time, which makes this issue even more significant for me. I contacted customer support regarding the matter but did not receive any solution. I have also seen that other players in similar situations had their penalties removed. I request that my grievance be resolved and that my penalty be lifted. I kindly ask the relevant team to review this situation again and resolve my issue as soon as possible.
