I’ve been playing Valorant regularly, but I keep receiving AFK warnings even though I haven’t been inactive. This has happened multiple times without justification, and now I’ve been hit with a 3-day ban. It’s extremely frustrating to be punished for something I didn’t do. I always play the matches I join, yet the system seems to register me as AFK unfairly.
I’ve tried to resolve the issue through the platform, but I can’t find any way to speak to an actual support representative. This is not how a professional gaming service should operate. I demand that someone from Riot Games investigate my account activity and remove the ban immediately.
If this issue continues, I will escalate my complaint and take the matter to the appropriate channels. I’ve invested both time and money into this game, and I deserve fair treatment. Please fix this issue and unlock my account.
