I am writing to report an issue I've been experiencing while playing Valorant. During my games, I frequently encounter a network error that causes me to be disconnected. Although I am able to reconnect, I am still penalized with a one-hour ban, and I lose out on XP and rewards.
Today, I encountered the same network error, but this time, I was unable to reconnect, and I was hit with a 160+ hour penalty. The reason given was that I was AFK, which is entirely due to the network issue, not intentional inactivity.
This situation is incredibly frustrating, and I urgently need a solution. My in-game name is: huseyinefe4**. I kindly ask for your help in resolving this issue, removing the unfair penalty, and ensuring that it does not happen again.
