Valorant Account Wrongfully Banned After Internet Cafe Incident
I am filing a complaint about the unfair suspension of my Valorant account with the name and tag “MRazadbey#azad”. I believe my account was wrongfully penalized due to a situation that occurred at an internet café, which was unrelated to my own actions. Before I sat down at the computer, another player had been playing a different game on the same monitor using wallhack. After that person left, I sat at the same station, launched Valorant and started playing. I played several good matches, and then I was suddenly disconnected from the game. When I tried to log back into my account, I learned that my account had been suspended. This incident happened approximately one year ago, so I do not remember the exact date, but my account has been suspended for about a year. Since then, I have opened more than one support ticket to Riot Games / Valorant and explained that I did not use any cheats, and that the previous user at the internet café had used wallhack in another game. However, I was not helped in any way, and I was repeatedly told that I was at fault and that the suspension would not be lifted. In addition, I would like you to consider the money I have spent on this game, as well as the time and effort I have put into developing my account and gameplay. Losing access to my account despite all this investment is extremely upsetting. I request that the permanent ban on my account be lifted and that my account be re‑evaluated fairly, taking into account that I did not use any illegal software in Valorant and that the situation arose due to the previous user at the internet café. I kindly ask for my account to be restored so that I can continue playing the game.
They don’t even care; people just shut down Vanguard and let cheating go unchecked, and they do nothing. At this rate, they’ll just end up banning us, and they still won’t care.
