Unable to Access My Valorant Account “Babamalkerem” Despite Password Reset Attempts
I have been unable to log into my Valorant account for a long time. Each time I attempt to sign in, I receive error messages such as “Your username or password may be incorrect” and “If you haven’t logged in for a month, please update your account to a Riot account.”
I have repeatedly tried logging in and also attempted password resets, but the issue persists due to the Riot account update requirement. As a result, I am completely locked out of my account.
This account has Valorant Points (VP) purchases and several skins that I previously bought. About a year ago, I was able to access and use the account without any issues, but since then, I have not been able to log in.
So far, I have not contacted Riot Games Support directly, but I now urgently need assistance. My account username is: Babamalkerem.
I request that my account be restored, and that all of my purchased skins and VP remain intact. I am asking Riot Games for technical support and for my account to be fully reinstated as soon as possible.
