For the past 5–6 days, I’ve been trying to reset my Valorant account password using the “Forgot Password” option, but no verification email has been sent to me. My email address is [email protected], and my username is 1Kedy27. I’ve checked all my folders — including spam, junk, and promotions — multiple times and even tried logging in from different devices and browsers, but I still haven’t received any email.
I haven’t contacted Riot Games customer support yet because I believe this is a technical issue on their end. I also don’t remember whether I’ve made any payments or in-game purchases on this account.
