I Face 363-Day Valorant Suspension Due to Power Failure, Not Cheating

On April 10, 2026, I was suddenly disconnected from Valorant due to a power outage, and as a result, my account received a 363-day suspension. My username is digger. In my district, power interruptions occur quite frequently, and these disconnections are completely beyond my control.

Just before this incident, I had purchased Valorant Points for the first time and bought an in-game skin. After receiving the suspension, I contacted Riot Games Support, but I have not received any response so far.

I find it unfair to receive such a lengthy suspension for something that wasn’t intentional or within my control. I respectfully request that my suspension be lifted and that my account be reinstated as soon as possible.
