Valorant Wrongfully Banned Me 166 Hours Due to Power Outage

On 06/09/2025 in İstanbul Kağıthane, a power outage caused me to disconnect from a Valorant match. As a result, my account (ID: speuxa) was unfairly given a 166-hour ban.

This punishment is extremely harsh, considering that:

The disconnect was caused by an external electricity issue, not by intentional behavior,

I have no history of malicious conduct or repeated connection problems,

I had just purchased a new set in-game, which I now cannot even use because of the ban.

It is deeply frustrating to be penalized for circumstances completely outside of my control. I request that Riot Games review this case immediately and remove the ban from my account.

Players should not lose access to their accounts and purchased content due to unavoidable issues like local power failures. I expect Riot to treat this situation with fairness and restore my account access as soon as possible.
