Valorant Wrongfully Banned Me 3 Days After Sudden Internet Disconnect

Today while playing Valorant, my connection was suddenly interrupted in the middle of a match on the Abyss map. It was a brief, unexpected internet outage, yet I was immediately punished with a 3-day ban on my account.

I have previously experienced one short disconnect, for which I received only a 2-minute penalty—which I understood. But this time, despite the issue being purely technical and temporary, the system unfairly imposed a much harsher punishment.

This is especially frustrating because I have purchased Battle Pass content and upgradable weapons on my account, which I now cannot access due to a ban that is not my fault. My internet connection is currently stable; the outage was a one-time occurrence.

I request that Riot Games lift this 3-day ban immediately. Players should not be unfairly penalized with long suspensions for momentary technical issues outside of their control. A more reasonable system should distinguish between intentional leaving and unavoidable disconnects.
