I Can’t Reach Valorant Support to Request Missing VP for Night Market Skin

I'm very frustrated because I haven't been able to contact Valorant’s support team through their ticket system. When I visit the support page, only the first dropdown menu appears—none of the other necessary fields load, which makes it impossible to proceed or submit a request. I’ve tried different browsers, devices, and networks, but the issue persists.
This is especially upsetting because I just added funds today to buy skins from the Night Market. I managed to purchase one skin, but now I’m just 4 VP short of buying the second one I really wanted. I wanted to reach out to the Valorant team and ask if they could help me obtain the 4 VP I’m missing, but I can’t submit a ticket at all due to the broken support page.
This situation feels unfair and time-sensitive, especially with the Night Market being a limited-time event. Riot Games, please fix your support system immediately and help players like me who are left stuck over such a small yet crucial issue. I kindly request that you credit my account with the 4 missing VP so I don’t miss out on the skin I saved up for.
