I Can’t Submit a Valorant Support Ticket Due to Screen Freeze on Submission Page

I’ve been trying to submit a support ticket to Riot Games for an issue in Valorant, but I’m completely stuck on the final screen of the process. After filling out all the necessary information and uploading a screenshot, the page simply doesn’t respond. There’s no “Submit” button visible, and nothing progresses. I’ve watched tutorials where everything flows smoothly, but for me, it just stays frozen on that same page no matter what I try.
I’ve attempted refreshing the page, logging out and back in, using different browsers, even clearing my cache—but nothing has worked. It’s incredibly frustrating not being able to reach support when I need it. I don’t know if there’s a hidden button I need to press or a bug causing this, but there should at least be clearer guidance or troubleshooting options on the page.
Please fix this issue or provide detailed instructions on how to successfully submit a support ticket. Players like me shouldn’t be left without a way to report problems just because the system won’t work properly.
