I Can’t Access My Valorant Account on PS5 Due to Riot ID Verification Block
I play Valorant on my PS5, and recently I encountered an issue that required me to change my Riot ID to resolve it. However, during this process, your bot protection system mistakenly flagged me as a bot—even though I’m clearly a real human user—and locked me out of the system completely.
Now, I can’t access my account, can’t update my ID, and most importantly, I can’t play Valorant at all. I’ve done absolutely nothing wrong, and yet your system treats me as if I’m trying to hack or abuse the platform.
This has been extremely frustrating, and it’s unfair to players who are just trying to enjoy the game legitimately. I’m asking you to remove this mistaken block on my account so I can regain access to my Riot ID and play Valorant again. Please fix this urgently—players should not have to beg to use their own accounts.
