Valorant PS5 Ban Issue Due to Power Outage - Seeking Resolution
I recently started playing Valorant on my PS5, and on the second day, during a match, the power went out and caused my PS5 to shut down abruptly. When I tried to log back in, I discovered that my account had been banned for a year. I have contacted Riot Support five times, providing evidence of the power outage, but they still believe the ban is justified and have not lifted it. Additionally, I am unable to link a new account. I am considering creating a new PS account and purchasing PS Plus, but the costs are prohibitive, and it seems unreasonable for just one game. Please assist in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
