Under Armour UA Phantom 4 Shoes Tear at Toe After Just 8 Months of Use

After using my UA W Phantom 4 shoes, which I purchased from Under Armour online, for about 8 months, a tear developed at the toe of the right shoe. I sent the product to their company for inspection, keeping my invoice/receipt as well.
Even before this tear, I had previously requested an inspection for the same product because wear had developed on the reflector section of the shoe. Back then, the result was only communicated to me over the phone, and again, no action was taken, with the issue being attributed to "user error."
In this latest inspection, they sent my shoes back to me, and customer service called me by phone to tell me that the problem was once again "user error," and my request was denied. Being brushed off with just this phrase both times, without any written report, detailed explanation, or technical assessment being shared, left me disappointed.
I don't accept experiencing these issues — first wear on the reflector section, then a tear at the toe — with the same product over what can be considered a short period of use, nor do I accept the inspections being concluded this way. For this product, which I believe is defective, I am requesting either an exchange or a refund. I've been a UA user for years; my 10-year-old pair of shoes still holds up rock solid. I am requesting that you find a solution for me.
Progress
In November 2025, I purchased the UA w Phantom model shoes (item 3027594) from Under Armour's own website for 3,360 TL. The product arrived in December; I didn't wear them much during the winter, but shortly after, wear began to appear on the reflective parts of the shoes. Within 1–2 months I sent the product for inspection, and it was returned to me with only the claim of "user error."
After some time, the right shoe's toe area actually tore. Having such a tear on only one shoe and the product deteriorating this quickly, despite the high price I paid, seriously disappointed me. In May 2026 I sent the product for inspection a second time, but again it was returned with only the label of "user error," without any repair, replacement, or solution offered. No further explanation was given over the phone either.
During this process I have suffered serious inconvenience both with the company and with a previous complaint I filed on this platform that later disappeared or was never resolved. I have been unable to use my shoes for about 1.5 months, and yet I see no step indicating that my claim is justified. I absolutely do not accept the product deteriorating so quickly and being dismissed each time as "user error."
I request a refund of the 3,360 TL I paid for this defective product from Under Armour. Considering the hardship I have endured, I want the inspections to be objectively re‑evaluated and the issue resolved by refunding me.
