Under Armour Ships Socks and Hat Instead of Ordered Sneakers

On June 7th, I placed an order for a men's UA Assert 11 shoe through Under Armour's own website. I was given order number 3256143376712859 for my order, and I was told the product would be delivered on Friday. However, the package didn't arrive on Friday; it was delivered the next day, on Saturday.
What's even more strange and upsetting is that the package that arrived didn't contain the shoes I had ordered — instead, it had socks and a hat inside. So not only was there a delivery delay, but a completely wrong product was sent as well.
Because of this problem, I started the return process. I emailed them about the situation I experienced, but when I called on the phone, I got an AI instead of a real representative, and this makes me feel like I'm dealing with something done in bad faith. I'm neither getting accurate information nor able to find anyone to actually talk to.
I am requesting that Under Armour complete the return of the incorrectly sent products smoothly and quickly, that the amount I paid be deposited back into my account in full as soon as possible, and that the grievance I've experienced throughout this process be taken seriously and resolved. Because of this experience, I no longer plan to shop with this company, and I don't want anyone else to end up in this same situation.
