Shrinking Under Armour Flip Flops
Amazon sold me a pair of Under Armour flip-flops. I only used them for one day by the pool. To my surprise, these flip-flops had shrunk so much the next day that they were nearly three sizes smaller. This is unacceptable for a brand like Under Armour, and I expected more from the brand as well as the shopping platform. On July 31, I immediately initiated a return request, and now it's August 31... There has been no resolution or response from either the brand or Amazon in over a month. The lack of customer service and quality control is truly disappointing. I'm sharing my frustrating experience in the hopes that it will prevent others from having a similar problem with their purchases. To maintain their reputations and keep their customers satisfied, Amazon and Under Armour must address such quality issues as soon as possible.
