Defective Under Armour Shoes – No Solution After 6 Months of Waiting


I purchased a pair of Under Armour shoes around 5-6 months ago, and they turned out to be visibly defective. When I returned the shoes to the store for an inspection, my request was denied. What’s even more frustrating is that we bought three pairs of the same shoes, but because they’re white, we didn’t notice the defect right away. After 6 months, I still haven’t received any resolution. This experience has left me feeling mistreated by the company.
If you’re considering buying from Under Armour, I advise you to inspect the products very carefully. I won’t be using this brand again, and I certainly won’t recommend it to anyone. They are not solution-oriented in any way.
