Amazon and Under Armour Both Ignore Customer Over Shrunken Sneakers

June 3 1:51 PM

I purchased Under Armour Charger Assert athletic shoes through Amazon Turkey in January. After using the product for a short time, I washed it in the washing machine at 30 degrees on a short cycle, and after the very first wash, the shoe shrank significantly and became unwearable.
I have photos of the product and my Amazon order number, 406-5968176-3769114. Even though I've tried to reach Amazon customer service, I simply can't get through to anyone. When I called Under Armour customer service, I found that they weren't looking into the matter and no solution was being offered.
I believe a shoe that shrinks this much after just one wash, at the recommended temperature of 30 degrees, is a defective product. I am requesting that my product be inspected and, if possible, exchanged for the same model, and that my grievance be resolved.
