I Want uMingle to Remove My Unfair Account Ban
I was suddenly banned from my Umingle account while using Google Chrome, without any prior warning or clear reason. My account email is mohamedhanysea***@gmail.com and I usually access the service from Egypt. This ban occurred approximately two days ago and I was not shown any specific violation or explanation at the time. Right after noticing the ban, I contacted Umingle support and requested a review of my account and an explanation of the decision, but so far I have not received any response. I believe there may have been a mistake or an automatic detection error, as I am not aware of breaching any rules. I kindly request that my Umingle account be reviewed and that the ban be removed so I can continue using the service, or at least that I receive a clear explanation of what led to this decision.
