I am accessing Umingle from Alexandria, Egypt, and this ban occurred today, only a few minutes before I submitted this complaint. I have not yet been able to reach your support team through any other channel. I kindly request that you review my chat logs and account activity in detail and lift this unjust ban on my Umingle web account. I would also appreciate it if you could provide information about the reason for this ban, if there is one, so that I can avoid any similar situation in the future.
