Twitch Ban for Accidental Profanity - 3 Years of Streaming Lost

I'm devastated because my Twitch account has been suspended indefinitely. Last week, during a barbecue stream, my friend made a regrettable mistake by using an inappropriate word, which has resulted in negative consequences for me. I've been streaming for 3 years without any mistakes, and this one error has completely undone all my efforts in an instant. I find this punishment to be excessively severe, and I believe that a temporary ban would have been more appropriate, at the very least.
