I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with Brawl Stars. I was simply chatting normally with my friend in our club. A few hours later, when I tried to log in to the game, I saw that my account had been permanently banned without any proper explanation.
I have invested a lot of money and effort into that account, and it is absolutely unfair for it to be taken away so easily over something so trivial. I did not engage in any inappropriate behavior or violate any rules. How can normal club conversations lead to a permanent ban?
