Turna.com Ignoring Urgent Ticket Name Correction Request

I purchased Uzbekistan Airways flight tickets for two passengers through Turna.com in May 2026, with PNR code 9AADCS. The outbound flight is from Tashkent International Airport (TAS) to Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) on 27 May 2026, and the return flight is from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) to Tashkent International Airport (TAS) on 2 June 2026. The total amount paid for these tickets was 827.18 USD. During the booking, my wife’s first name and surname were accidentally entered in reversed order on the ticket. The current ticket information appears as: first name K*** and last name D***. The correct information should be: first name D*** and last name K***. This concerns the same passenger, and all passport details are correct; only the order of the first name and surname is wrong. I contacted Uzbekistan Airways and they clearly informed me that only the issuing agency, Turna.com, can process this correction. For the last three days I have been trying to reach Turna.com customer service from Tashkent, Uzbekistan via email, phone and online chat, but I only receive automatic responses and have not received real assistance or a concrete solution. Meanwhile, my flight date is approaching, which makes this situation urgent for us. I kindly request that Turna.com urgently correct the passenger’s first name and surname order on the ticket or reissue the ticket without a heavy penalty, given that this is the same passenger and only the name order was entered incorrectly.
