VPN Restriction in Turkcell!
Hello, I was making pptp connection using VPN service on my line until 2024. Does Turkcell now restrict VPN connections? I have been having this problem for a long time. Turkcell no longer provides VPN, or if there is a protocol it provides, could you please name it? I just talked to your customer service and Turkcell is so sure that there is no mistake, they are directing me to other places. But I can make this VPN connection with Türk Telekom ADSL, why is this restriction on Turkcell without notice? I would like urgent information about this issue. My mobile usage is blocked. Didn't we buy mobile phones for free use?

None of them are providing service, yet we receive evaluations as if they have resolved the issue... We are forced to pay the mandatory monthly service fee. When there is a problem, we can't reach anyone, we write here, and no one even calls from here.
