Turkcell's False Advertising & No Help from Customer Service

I've been a loyal Turkcell subscriber for quite some time now. Lately, I've been getting more and more annoyed with their "Crack the Egg" promotion. They make it seem like you can win all sorts of gifts, but it's just not true.

But the truth is, there's no actual shot at winning anything. It's just a clever tactic to boost product sales. I reached out to Turkcell customer service regarding this matter, but unfortunately, they have not been very accommodating or helpful.

I'm thinking about changing to a different mobile operator. Turkcell needs to put an end to its deceptive advertising and make significant improvements to its customer service.
