Turkcell Postpaid Line Restriction Without Any Clear Reason

I contacted Turkcell customer services and through a BTK application on 13.05.2026 and was informed that a restriction has been applied to my name, preventing me from getting a new postpaid line. In the response given to me, it was stated that my line had been closed to use due to a violation of the subscription agreement and that it could not be reopened, and that my restriction on new postpaid subscriptions could not be removed, only prepaid subscriptions would be possible. As justification, I was only referred to clauses 4.13 and 6.2 of the subscription agreement, without any clear and concrete explanation of what my alleged violation was. Until today, I have not received any prior warning, restriction, line suspension, or similar notification regarding my usage, my bills, or my payments for this line. As far as I know, I do not have any unpaid debt, enforcement proceedings, blacklisting, or a situation such as a fraudulent line on this or any other line registered to my name with Turkcell. For this reason, I believe that the restriction imposed on my ability to obtain a new postpaid line is unjust and not clearly justified. I kindly request that the restriction preventing me from obtaining a new postpaid line be removed, that my right to a postpaid subscription be reinstated, and that, if any, the concrete reason and evidence for the allegation of violation of the subscription agreement be clearly and in detail shared with me in writing.
